Prickly morning beard, sandpaper on my cheek,
Soft warmth of lips on my eyelids, still heavy with sleep...
I squirm in a luxurious waking stretch...

Your hands in my hair, running across my head...
Chilly bumps all over again, beginning to stir my senses,
Hair all re-tousled, as my day begins so deliciously...

Off to work, quick smooches to say goodbye...
Runnin'- phone ringin' off the hook...
I check my texts..."I love you BIG bunches"
I begin to feel the ache-starting in my heart,
Working on down to the nether regions...
Every move causing a hyper-sensitivity,
I move slowly, cautiously, don't look at anyone-
Yet, I do allow myself a bit of a secret smile....

Another text..."My Darlin'- My Love...YOU are my world"
The fire within is scorching...searing...achy...
Not just lust...a PASSION...a NEED...a PAIN almost...
My abdomen tightens, my eyes ache for the sight of you....
I cannot abide the casual touch of others, I want only you...
Watching the clock, waiting for the end of this agonizing day-
Rushing home, I am running up the stairs-two apiece...

Your arms await me, wet kisses on my face...delicious...
"Ahhh...My Love"...I feel your breath in my ear-
You hold me so tight that my fire has rekindled tenfold...
I can barely speak, "I missed you baby"...
Finally...Dinner done, kitchen cleaned, movie watched,
Cool sheets, shaven face, a thousand more kisses...
Hands in my hair...my fire is finally subdued...
